  • Quality Guarantee
We hand pick and package only the most beautiful and healthy live succulent plants. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure that they arrive to their final destination safely. Your plant will be meticulously wrapped in bubblewrap and tissue papers and shipped in a sturdy eco-friendly box. Most 1-2" plants are shipped in their original terra cotta hand painted pot with soil. Depending on the order, fragile and larger 3-5" plants are shipped bareroot with the pot and soil packed separately to ensure their safety. Fragile plants may break or lose a few of their leaves during shipment. These leaves can be propogated (used to grow new baby succis) so don't throw them out. If there is severe damage; however, we will try our best to accomodate you. • Returns
We only ship plants that are disease free and of good quality but we understand that what you receive may not be perfect. That being said, we cannot control what happens to your order during transit. We cannot accept returns on plant orders because the plants cannot survive 2 way shipping; however, we offer refunds or replacements if the plants arrived damaged. Please email us: if you have any an issue with your plant order. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage, both to the packaging and the plants. Do not dispose of the plants or packaging as the carrier may request their return. For artwork and downloads, all sales are final. However, if you do not receive your order, please contact us immediately so that we may replace or refund your order.

  • How do I care for my succulent?
Make Sure Your Succulents Get Enough Light Succulents love light and need about six hours of sun per day, depending on the type of succulent. You may need to gradually introduce them to full sun exposure or provide shade with a sheer curtain after you have unpackaged them carefully. Rotate Succulents Frequently Succulents love direct sun, but if yours is sitting in the same exact spot day after day, it's likely that only one side is getting enough light. Water According to the Season Like humans, succulents need more energy when they're in a period of growth. Overwatering can kill your succulent, so make sure you let the soil dry between watering’s. Water the Soil Directly When you water your succulents, soak the soil until water runs out of the drainage holes. Do not use a spray bottle and avoid spraying the leaves. Let the soil completely dry before watering again. Less is more when it comes to watering these guys so if you forget about them for awhile, you're A-OKAY!
